- Slots are available at a First come first serve basis with full payment.
- Full agreed upon price due at the start of the project.
- Fursuit will be completed no more than 1 year from the date payment is received. Fursuits not completed within 1 year will result in a refund of $100 per week over the missed deadline (I don't miss my deadlines ;3).
- Measurements and duct tape dummy is due no more than 1 month from the start of the project. Delay in getting this to me in a timely manner may result in the project due date getting pushed back by any an equal amount of time.
- 3 year warranty: While I'm happy to repair burst seams or attachment failures; things like melted fur, broken claws, punctures, staining, electronic components, and things of a nature not at the fault of the maker will result in charges for repair. USB fursuit head fans are included in all builds unless the customer does not want it included. Due to the nature of fursuits being a sweaty environment, fans are not covered under the warranty. Customer responsible for all shipping costs.
- Body, hand paws, cuddle paws, and tail are machine washable. Just know machine washing does age fur faster and detergents can yellow components. Recommend non scented detergents used for sensitive skin. Many detergents can cause yellowing. Hang dry only (machine drying while faster can completely destroy a fur suit).
- Fursuit heads should never be submerged in water. Clean with light detergent and cloth to avoid damaging the head. Use a carpet cleaner at most and dry thoroughly with a fan. Wet foam components that are not completely dried can mold!
- Fursuits when used appropriately can be a super fun time but you should always be aware of your environment while wearing a fursuit. Reduced visibility can lead to accidental damage to the suit and injury to the wearer. So be safe! All bodily injury sustained from wearing a fursuit is at the fault of the wearer and WTR Sausage and its employees will not be held liable for any injury sustained as a result of wearing our fursuits. Please be safe and vigilant while wearing a fursuit to avoid injury or damage!
